We do have some options for you, however we do not have anything that matches the bolt pattern of your current jack plate.

Instead of trying to match the bolt pattern of the welded plate you can get a bolt-on jack that uses U-bolts to connect to the trailer. Which jack you need will depend on the weight capacity and height of your current jack. You'll also want to make sure the U-bolts will fit around the trailer frame. I've linked our selection of bolt-on jacks for you.

A few examples you may look at:

# TJ12220301 is a 15 inch jack rated for 1200 lbs. It does include the mounting brackets.
# FXP10 is a 10 inch jack, also rated for 1200 lbs. that also includes the brackets.

# PS1400300303 is a 10 inch, 2000 lbs. jack that does include the brackets.
# HD50000101 has a 14 inch lift, does come with the brackets, and is rated at 5000 lbs.
