Thank you for providing the numbers you found on the plate on your 3500-lb Lippert axle. I could not cross-reference any of these but I can help you choose brakes and hub/drums since you know the axle is rated for 3500-lbs. You may care to review the linked article that covers all that is required for adding electric brakes to a trailer.
Electric drum brakes for 3500-lb axles can be seen by clicking on the link provided. These brake assemblies are all the 10 x 2-1/4-inch size like left- and right-hand self-adjusting brakes # AKEBRK-35L-SA and # AKEBRK-35R-SA. You will want to note that all use a 4-bolt mounting pattern like that on brake flange # 4-35.
To choose new hubs you'll need to note the bearings used in your existing hubs, and choose new hub/drums that use these same bearings. This will ensure a good fit on your spindles. If you do not have hubs now you'll need to measure your spindles in order to determine what grease seal and bearings will fit. Please refer to the linked diagram for help in seeing where you need to measure. You'll need a precision caliper to do this, an item like # PTW80157, so that you can take precise measurements to three decimal points, such as 1.234-inches just for example.
You will also want to match the wheel bolt pattern to ensure your wheels will fit in the hubs you select. I linked an article to help you confirm your bolt pattern.
You will also need to install a trailer brake controller in your Nissan Titan to generate the voltage to operate the trailer's brakes. I suggest the Prodigy P2 # 90885 since it is easy to set up and has proved its reliability. Installation is a simple plug-in process using wiring adapter # 3050-P.
