I have a solution for you but I contacted my tech contact at Pro Series and he said you will not be able to fit the snap-up brackets on the Pro Series Weight Distribution System # RP66542 on your Brimar Low Profile HD Dump Trailer. The toolbox sitting on your A frame is sitting where the brackets need to be mounted. However, the Reese Chain Hangers # RP58305 will allow you to mount your Reese Weight Distribution System brackets on the side of your trailer so they will not interfere with your tool box.
This hanger does not limit the 12,000 GTW and 1,200 lbs. TW that the Reese Weight Distribution System is compatible with.
However, the Reese Weight Distribution System you have is not rated high enough if you were to tow your trailer at the maximum weight capacity. If you are not towing at the maximum weight capacity this system will work, but if you are let me know and I can recommend another system for you.
I have included some helpful links on weight distribution and determining tongue weight you may find helpful.
