Roller Bunk Recommendation for Jet Ski Ramp

Question:

We currently have a jet ski ramp mounted approximated 10 feet from shore in a fresh water nature lake with just marine carpet covering 2 x 4s. I would like to mount roller bunks on the ramp. Would the CE27700 or if one of the Dutton-Laison products would be better suited. Part of the ramp is constantly submerged in lake water. I am concerned about the longevity of the bunks and rust. What do you recommend? See attached picture. Planning to build a second ramp for the other ski and hope to put rollers on it as well. Should we consider mounting with swivel brackets or stationary at an angle?

Expert Reply:

For the 10 foot long bunks you have two sets of the CE Smith roller bunks part # CE27700 would work well for you. These can be mounted directly to the wooden bunks you have already or you can remove them and install them with the brackets part # CE10003G-4.

The steel of these buns are galvanized which will do an excellent job preventing rust and corrosion. They would last longer than wood being constantly submerged.
