Does Roadmaster Diode Tow Bar Lighting Kits Activate Third Brake Light

I installed RM-15267 on a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Everything works except the third brake light. Is that a problem or do I need to do something different?

You did every thing correctly. The diode kit part # RM-15267 only ties into the taillight signals on either side of the vehicle and does not activate the third brake light.
