Just double checking that pn 75528 will work with a 2015 Buick Enclave and the the factory facia cover will still fit after installation?

On Enclave model years after 2012, the fascia door can be reinstalled after the hitch is in place, and removed when the hitch is needed. On older models, you'll need to get a different fascia cover that sticks out a bit further from the dealer's parts department.

For your 2015 Enclave, the fascia door will still fit after the hitch is installed, as you can see in the video I've linked for you.
