Weight Distribution and Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2006 Honda Odyssey
Question:
I have a 3000lb sunline trailer that I will be towing with a 2006 Honda Odyssey and want to know the best WDH system and what I could also use for Load balancing such as air lift or suspension to help with sagging in the rear?

The weight distribution system I recommend for you with your 2006 Honda Odyssey is the Equal-I-zer Weight Distribution System with 4-Point Sway Control # EQ37040ET. This system uses trunnion-style arms that will help with ground clearance, as traditional round-bar arms usually decrease ground clearance. The sway control of this system works with steel-on-steel friction at the L-brackets and inside the hitch head. I really like this system because it will not require you to drill into your trailer and it has fewer components to keep set-up simpler. I've attached a review of the Equal-I-zer system for you.
I found the maximum tongue weight capacity of your Odyssey to be 350 pounds, so the loaded tongue weight plus cargo weight carried behind the rear axle of your van should not exceed the tongue weight capacity of the # EQ37040ET system.
The suspension enhancement I recommend for you is the AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs # AL60815 because of their independent load leveling ability, warranty, the ride quality when not trailering, and they are made in the USA. These polyurethane springs work to help improve handling, braking, and overall ride by adding support when hauling heavy loads. These air springs will install inside your Odyssey's coil springs and are inflated individually to allow your vehicle to ride level even if the load is not even on each side of the Odyssey. I've attached an installation video for you.
Keep in mind that the number of occupants and weight of the cargo will play into your vehicle's towing capacity. Using a weight distribution system or suspension enhancement will not increase your Odyssey's towing capacity. The online owner's manual I found for your vehicle states that a weigh distribution system must be used when towing trailers over 1,850 pounds. I found the towing section to start on page 312.
I have linked a help article on weight distribution systems for you.
