Does the Tow Hook of a 2015 Nissan Leaf Need to be Removed to Install Curt Hitch
Question:
Hello, When installing a hitch on a Leaf, what happens to the factory tow hook? If it doesnt get reinstalled, can the car be pulled onto a tow truck from the hitch? Thanks in advance.

The tow hook of the 2015 Nissan Leaf would need to get removed to install the Nissan Leaf part # C11396. Since the hitch basically would attach where the hook goes it would then be able to be used as a tow hook in the case of an emergency.
