Difficulty of Installation of Class III etrailer e98864 on a 2012 Toyota Rav4

I have a 2012 Rav4. How difficult is the trimming or removal of underbody panel required for installation of the etrailer Class III receiver hitches?

As rated by our manufactures the difficulty level of the Class III etrailer # e98864 hitch install is a 5 out of 10, and is estimated to take about 50 minjutes.
According to the directions, which I have attached for your convenience, there is no drilling or cutting required. You will need to temporarily lower the exhaust, which isn't difficult but it does add time to the installation.
So, all in all I would say that the install is fairly simple because there is no trimming required just a few parts to be removed.
I have linked a video of this hitch being installed on a 2012 Toyota Rav4 for you to get a better idea of the items being removed.
