You'll want to check the specs on your F-150 rear bumper to confirm its towing and tongue weight capacities before choosing a hitch ball like # 19260. An OEM bumper could have different capacities than an aftermarket bumper, for example.
You can also at the same time check the shank size for the hitch ball hole to confirm what diameter and length is needed. Ford or the aftermarket bumper manufacturer should be able to recommend an appropriate hitch ball, or at least give you the shank diameter and length you need, along with its towing and tongue weight capacities.
