We do offer various trailer wiring adapters to allow connecting a vehicle and trailer that use different connector types and all such adapters can be see on the linked page. For an adapter to join a round-pin 7-way on the vehicle to a 7-way blade (RV style) on the trailer you can use the Hopkins # HM47425.
Note that it is possible that the trailer may have a different wiring configuration than the vehicle and adapter. For the long term, if this same trailer is the primary one to be towed you might want to avoid the extra connections (and potential problems) of an adapter and instead install a new connector on the trailer to match the vehicle. You could use Pollak # PK11702.
