can I tow a vehicle using my acme ez tow tow dolly and using the roadmaster rm-195225 spare tire carrier. The info provided says to tow only flat so can you clarify that info.

Yes, you could use the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195225 while flat towing a vehicle with a tow dolly. As long as the total weight of what you are flat towing is less than 10,000 lbs this would work well for you.

You should note that the use of the product does reduce the towing capacity of your hitch by 33 percent.
