We sell a lot of trailer tires here at etrailer. Since we do sell so many tires, it is rare for our tire inventory to be older than a year for a tire like part # TTWTRTM2157514D. You may find that some tire stores have stock on their shelves for extended periods if they aren't selling a lot.
When a tire is made it can spend a month or two in transit, and then be stored at a warehouse before it is shipped to a retailer like etrailer. By the time we get a tire in stock it may be up to 6 months old.
If a trailer tire is taken care of and protected from harmful UV rays the life expectancy of a tire can be 6 years or more.
The # TTWTRTM2157514D tire is a Load Range D radial tire and has a maximum load rating of 2,200 lbs at 65 psi.
