Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation for 2016 Mazda 6
Question:
which wire harness will fit the and plug to 2016 Mazda 6

The Tow Ready # 118587 is the Trailer wiring harness I'd recommend for your 2016 Mazda 6. The installation is mainly plug and play, the harness will plug in on the driver's and passenger side, inline between the vehicle's taillight assemblies and the wiring harness that feeds them. A wire will need to be ran under the vehicle up to the engine compartment, where the wire will connect to the positive battery terminal.
The Curt # C11356 trailer hitch does not have a ball mount or hitch ball included. For a ball mount I recommend part # C45016 and the hitch pin and clip # F-4. You'll also need the correctly sized trailer ball, like # 19256 for the 1-7/8 inch ball and # 19258 for the 2 inch ball. A locking hitch pin is available as part # e98879.
I'll link you to an FAQ article that explains the process of running the wire to the front of the vehicle.
