The best base rail kit, so that you do not have to drill holes in the frame of your truck, I recommend using is the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Outboard Installation Kit # RP56011-53. This custom install kit will make use of the pre-drilled holes in the frame of your 2500. The outboard bracket will also make for easier installation by avoiding any components to allow easier access to the installation hardware. I have also attached the installation instructions for this installation kit for you.
