Friction Sway Control Systems like the Reese # 83660 use an adjustable-friction sliding bar mechanism to control trailer sway. This type of system is suitable for trailers with electric brakes and can be used with or without weight distribution (WD) systems. Friction systems like this and others are shown on the linked page. A video showing installation and operation of one of these is linked for you.

Reese # 83660 has a lever to engage/disengage the system and also an adjustment bolt to control the amount of tension. Please see the linked photo. You may need to take a few test drives to find the correct friction setting for your trailer.
