Brake Controller and 7-way Connector Wiring for 2007 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab Pickup
Question:
I have 2007 Dodge Dakota Quad cab pickup V8, 2WD without towing package. There is no 7 way connector installed. Do you have brake controller and wiring harness for it together with installation guide with the wiring diagram? Thanks

You are on the right track. We have detailed instructions and wiring diagrams to help you complete the installation of a brake controller and trailer wiring on your 2007 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab Pickup.
You will need to start with a 4-Way connector if you do not already have one. The correct harness for your vehicle is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, item # 118323, which plugs inline with your vehicles tail lights (see instructions link). Once this harness is installed you will need a brake controller.
I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller, item # 90885, which is easy to setup and use. Along with a brake controller you will need a Brake Controller 7 & 4 Way Installation Kit, item # ETBC7. I have provided a link to detailed instructions for installation of this kit for you to review.
