Could we try the CA28006 instead of the CA28004? for a Crestliner Tri Hull that is 17 foot long??

Since your hull is 17 feet in length you would want the part # CA20086 as it is designed for boats that are 17-19 feet in length and the part # CA20084 is designed for boats 14 to 16 feet in length.

You can use the Trailer Valet JXS part #TV64FR on an I-beam trailer frame but it would need to fit around the I-beam instead of fitting into it.
