The B78-13 ST tire size will translate to a ST175/80-13 metric size tire. The overall height of the ST175/80R13 tire is 24 inches and the overall width is 6.9 inches.

You can measure on your trailer to make sure that you have clearance for a 24 inch tall tire with a width of 6.9 inches.

Also to determine the 5 lug wheel you will need, you can measure the bolt pattern on your trailer or the wheel itself. If you measure the distance between the center of one bolt (trailer) or bolt hole (wheel) to the center of the adjacent bolt (trailer) or bolt hole (wheel) and it measures 2-5/8 inches, then it will be a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2.

The Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13 inch White Wheel, # AM31951, is a 13 inch white spoke wheel with a 5-lug bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2. The tire is a ST175/70R13 radial trailer tire. It is a load range C tire (6-ply rated) which has a 1,360 lbs. maximum weight capacity at 50 psi.

We also have a Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13 inch White Wheel, # AM31985, which is the same wheel and tire size, but the tire has a load range D (8-ply rated) rating which is 1,610 lbs. maximum weight capacity at 65 psi.
