Trailer Turn Signals and Brake Lights Not Working with a 2005 Nissan Armada
Question:
I have a 2005 Armada with factory trailer wiring but no hitch. I installed the hitch and 4 flat wiring harness to the factory plug. I installed tow 1 and tow 2 relays. I have running lights but no left or right turn or brake lights. I check the factory plug and found the running light the reverse light and the 12 volt pins to be hot but nothing from the other pins. Is there another fuse that controls the left and right turn signals? Thanks

I tried to find the fuse/relays locations in the 2005 Nissan Armada owner's manual but that information is not present. If you check the lids for the in-cab fuse panel and power distribution box under the hood that should tell you all of the locations related to tow package wiring.
Most Nissans need at least 3 relays for the wiring to work: 1 for running lights and 2 for the turn signals/brake lights. It sounds like you need 2 of blue relay # C57000 installed under the hood. Take a look at the video I have linked as a guide for installation.
