Install Pictures and Video for Hitch Install on a 2014 Jeep Patriot
Question:
what about the canister on the drivers side? I see no mention, or view from that angle. It definitely complicates the installation. Where does the canister get remounted? It appears to be a fuel tank evaporative canister???

I attached a couple pictures that show the Curt Hitch part # C13081 installed on a 2014 Jeep Patriot to show you exactly how the underside of your vehicle will look once the hitch has been installed.
I also attached an install video for you to check out as well.
The tank you referenced does not need to be moved to install this hitch.
