Helpful Expert Reply:
I have linked the installation instructions for Draw-Tite Class III hitch # 75270 that fits your 2011 Honda Odyssey and the hardware torque specs, as well as a listing of the required tools, is included for your reference. Among other basic tools you'll need a torque wrench.
Do note that hitch hardware CANNOT be re-used, so if you picked up the hitch used you will need to use a new hardware kit. The hitch will not meet its performance specs unless it is installed with the correct NEW hardware as described in the instructions.
And we can help you with new hardware. Simply enter the part # RHK into our search box and hit enter; then enter the Hitch Item Number # 75270 into the field provided and select Hidden Hitch from the drop-down menu box.
To help you with your install I have included a video and two helpful articles with tips for easier hitch installation.
