Yes. I am happy to say that the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 36474, will fit your 2010 V-dub Tiguan. I have included a link to the installation instructions below.

The recommended ball mount is # 36051 for use with hitch balls # 19256, or # 19258.

To wire your Tiguan with a 4 flat trailer connector you will need the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT. This is kit comes with everything needed for installation including a circuit tester and fuse for the powered modulite. The modulite requires a direct connection to the battery to protect your vehicles sensitive wiring. I have included a link to the installation details for this kit below. Your vehicle has an alternative wiring platform and you will need to follow the 3 wire section in the instructions for proper installation.
