Replacement Cradles and Straps for Thule Parkway 4-Bike Hitched Mounted Bike Rack
Question:
I recently purchased an Thule Parkway 4-Bike Hitch Rack, and I need some replacement cradles/anti sway cradles and straps, I was wondering which ones fit my bike rack the best and will best secure mine and my familys bikes? Also the tubes on my rack where the cradles go are 1inch in diameter.

When it comes to replacement cradles for your Thule Parkway 4-Bike Hitched Mounted Bike Rack, you will need Stay-Put Cradle, # 853-7887, and part #852-3006-001 for the strap.
For an anti-sway cage that can be added to the Stay-Put Cradle you would need part # 853-7758 with an additional strap, part # 852-3006-001.
A quick tip that we have found to work well when installing new cradles on a bike rack is to grab a can of aerosol hair spray. You'll want to spray the arms of the bike rack which will make it slick allowing you to easily slide the cradles into place. Once it dries it will be tacky which helps to hold the cradle in place.
