Adapting Universal Hand Winch Right Angle Mounting Bracket

I would like to mount the winch to the top rail. Do you offer this type of mounting bracket or can tell me how I can utilize this part to make a similar mounting bracket without welding?

You might be able to adapt the mounting method on your trailer using mounting plate # DL24110. Check out the attached photo of the Universal Hand Winch Right Angle Mounting Bracket, part # DL24110. With the measurement between the mounting holes it may be difficult to be able to attach the mounting bracket without either welding it in place or by drilling through the trailer frame to accommodate the hole dimensions.

At present we only offer one mounting bracket for winches, # DL24110.
