There a few different ways to determine this. You can have a helper activate the turn signals, running lights and brakes. If a single bulb lights for each function (on each side of the car) then you have incandescent lamps. If you have LED's each function will be illuminated by many, smaller lamps. I'll provide you with a photo showing an incandescent lamp next to an LED version of the same lamp. The lamps shown are on a trailer, not a car but you'll get the idea.
Or, you could open the trunk and access the rear of he taillight assemblies as if you were changing a burnt out bulb. If there are changeable bulbs in the taillight assembly, you have an incandescent lamp.
As a final alternative, you can call your Honda Dealer's service department. If you provide your VIN, they should be able to look up how your car is equipped.
If you have a coupe with LED taillights, use part # C56173, if does not have LED taillights, use # 118596. Sedan models would all use # C56173.
