I am adding a brake controller to a 2003 Dodge Dakota V6 without a factory tow package. I have the following in my cart. Parts C51515, C74VV, ETBC7, 118329 Do I have the correct parts?

You have assembled a correct group of parts for installing a brake controller in your 2003 Dodge Dakota without a factory tow package.
The controller and harness you referenced, Curt Venturer # C74VV and wiring adapter # C51515, work together. In addition to these you'll need the # ETBC7 brake controller installation kit that you referenced. If your truck does not already have a 4-pole flat trailer connector then the harness you selected, Tow-Ready part # 118329, will be the last item you need.
