Will Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Fit Under BakFlip F1 Tonneau Cover on 2015 Ford F-350
Question:
Im looking at the Reese Fifth Wheel - RP30922 hitch for my new F350 dually with the 5th wheel prep package. It looks like it will work great. However, Im also looking at the BakFlip F1 tonneau cover. It appear the tonneau cover will clear the hitch, but not sure. Can you verify? If it is clear it appears that the release handle will be in the way? Any ideas?

5th wheel trailer hitches, including # RP30922, are height adjustable. For this Reese M5 hitch the lowest it can go is 15 inches from the bottom of its legs to the top of the hitch. Measure the distance from the tops of the bed corrugations to the bottom of the top part of the bed sides, see picture. If that distance is greater than 15 inches then I do not see a problem having the hitch in place with the BakFlip F1 installed.
The handle does stick up a little further than the hitch head but it is easily removed when not in use.
