The correct base plate kit for your 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 is the Blue Ox kit part # BX1711 that you referenced.

Between the two wiring kits you referenced the correct one will be the one that will match the connector you have at the back of your 2014 Tiffin. If you have a 7-way there you would want the # BX88231. If you have a 6-way round there you would instead want the # BX88190. The # BX88231 does not come with safety chains, the # BX88190 does so you would need the # BX88197 if you go with the # BX88231.

The rest of the parts should work well as replacement parts for your Blue Ox tow bar.

And finally, most states now require supplemental braking in the vehicle being flat towed. The easiest system to set up and use is the Patriot part # BLU37TR, that applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the two vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles.

I have included a couple of helpful links to our articles on flat towing for you. Be sure to consult the vehicle owners manual for more specific information on flat towing your vehicle.
