Which is Better a 4-Bolt or 10-Bolt 5th Wheel Installation Kit

Which Reese hitch rails are better the 30124 4 bolt or the Reese 58058 10 bolt rails?

The 4-bolt 5th wheel rails are not used as much any more. The 10 bolt style is preferred and more secure since you would be using 5 bolts per rail. If you can tell me the year, make, and model of the truck and the bed length I can make some installation kit recommendations for you.
