I spoke to the representatives at Linxup for their GPS Tracking Device # 300-AT3-S and # 300-AT3, and they confirmed that they will work on both 12 volt and 24 volt systems.

90-120 ft lbs of torque is probably about right for your trailer rims. If you check out the lug nut torque chart that I attached you will see that nearly all of the torque specs are that and higher.
