I attached a set of the installation instructions to this page for the Draw-Tite part # 75699 that you referenced. The torque specs are listed at the bottom of the first page. For liability reasons we don't list torque specs for our hitches. Since we link the instructions straight from the manufacturer they would automatically update if the torque spec were to change at some point.
