With 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern you will need to use part # QT655C. The QT655 hub cover is 3-3/4 inches deep, from the surface that touches the wheel to the end of the inside face of the cap.

Hub cover #QT545C and similar item #PXQT545CHN both fit 5-on-4-1/2 wheels. If you are sure your Bearing Buddy grease caps are fully seated in the hubs and the covers #QT545C do not fit I suggest the item #PXQT545CHN. You can check out the linked…

The #QT655 hub cover is 3-3/4 inches deep, from the surface that touches the wheel to the end of the inside face of the cap. An EZ Lube grease cap typically isn't much larger than a standard so it should work just fine.
