The red lens cover of the # MC99RB has two clips on either side of it from the base of the assembly that hold the lens on. If you push those two clips out the lens can be pulled off and you can use a replacement bulb part # A194B to replace the burned out bulb.

I went and pulled a Replacement Clevis Pin for Blaylock EZ Lock Trailer Coupler Lock #BL040CPIN-TL3350 from our warehouse to measure it and found that it is 3/4 inches in diameter by 7-1/2 inches in length.
