Hi there, I'm Michael with each trailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Tailgater Aluminum Tire Table. This is going to mount onto your vehicle or trailer tire to create a nice solid surface. When your space is at a premium, like at your campsite or while your tailgating, it's gonna provide a nice tabletop for you so that you can put your food on there enjoy a meal, set your tools on there. If you're changing a tire on the side of the road or something along those lines it's gonna just gonna give you a a nice solid surface for any of your activities when you need a table available. This is going to be about 27 and a half inches in length there, by about 23 and three quarters of an inch wide.
This will fit on almost any car, SUV, truck, or RV tire. Now keep in mind it is gonna require some space in between your tire and your fender. So if your fender is extremely close to your tire it might not allow adequate space for this to be installed correctly. But it is very easy to get installed. We've got a couple twist screws here that will allow us to bring this in and expand it out.
So we've got this leg that can be retracted, like so. It's an aluminum construction so it only weighs about six pounds so it's very easy to handle. So we'll just slide it over top of our tire and then we'll make sure we get a nice snug fit there. And then we'll tighten down these jam nuts here, make sure that that stays nice and snug. And then our leg is gonna provide extra support.
Now this might be a little bit more wobbly than you'll experience cuz obviously my tire is not mounted to anything. But you can use this leg either in the straight down position to provide that support or as you saw before you can't have it mounted to the tire itself. So that's going to give you a little bit more clearance underneath there so you don't have to worry about kicking that leg. On that aluminum construction is going to give us a nice durable surface there. So it is capable of holding up to 50 pounds.
Now obviously it is not intended to be used as a step or as a seat. It's just gonna be a table, but 50 pounds of food or tools it's gonna be pretty sufficient for just about anything you're doing there at the campsite or while you're tailgating or whatever application you're wanting to use this in. And then it is gonna collapse very easily for storage as you saw me doing before. Just gonna twist that and it's going to fold up here, like so, and then we'll loosen this again. Now they do recommend having these jam nuts on the outside. I think it's easy enough to access them on the inside there and then you're not gonna have to worry about them sticking out. So we can just retract that slide portion and we'll tighten that back down on the inside. And then these front legs that are helping support up against the front of the tire, we just got those little push buttons there or around those to be pulled out. And then these store right inside here so everything is stored all together. So very easy to keep all your components in one spot and I not have to worry about losing them. When we have it stored, in stored position like this, it's gonna be about 29 inches long, 23 inches wide and about two and a half inches tall. So very easy to get stored in your trunk, cargo area or RV basement. All stores together so that you can very easily keep it organized. And then very simple to reverse that process When we're ready to get set up, just pull out those front legs, like so. We'll loosen those jam bolts to allow us to slide this out to fit the width of the tire. Get that set over our tire and nice and snug up against there and we'll tighten those down again. And again, that leg can be mounted in, or set up in several different orientations. I like having it up against the tire myself to give us that extra leg room. So overall, really nice option here to give you some storage space or table top to work off of. We do have other options that are made out of different material if aluminum isn't what you're looking for. We also have some that are a little bit bigger. So depending on the needs of your situation make sure you're getting the right one for you. So that's gonna complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..

Great table and oh so handy. So much so, we store it in the back of our Jeep 24x7 so we’ve always got it. Quick deployment, sturdy, and trustworthy. Highly Recommended
