Was worried about spending this much money, but it was worth it. We have taken the camper out twice with it, and both times have gotten many positive compliments. After the initial setup, it only takes us about 10 minutes to set it up or tear down. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because The instructions are HORRIBLE. We actually thought we had the wrong thing at first, because it made no sense. Now that we have it figured out, it is great.
This is the second family room that I've purchased now since I sold the last one along with the trailer it was installed on. It was a HUGE selling point! Every time we set it up people would compliment us on it and ask where we got it. It cuts down tremendously on the amount of flying insects coming around the trailer entrance, and it allows us a great space right outside the door rain or shine. With all the windows opened up there's plenty of airflow to keep it cool inside, and with all of the windows closed it holds in enough heat to keep it nice and warm on those cooler nights. Although there are a couple of modifications I think could be made, I can't say enough great things about this family room.
Quality surpassed expectations, installation is 10 minutes at most. Best of all is an extended space for us to relax without being carried away by the mosquitoes and black flies. We wouldn't go boondocking deep in the Maine wilderness without it!
Absolutely loved this! It added so much usable space especially on those rainy days. The only real issue I had was the lack of connection or "seal" where the sidewalls meet the awning. I ended up installing snaps every foot to close the gap, but it was definitely taxing the awning motor more and more when trying to close it up. Otherwise, it's a great addition to any awning!
This is NOTHING like what the actual product looks like, as you can see from customers photos. Directions do not come with it. It is very heavy and does not attach to the awning on the sides.

Working great. We love the screen room, and probably set it up 80 of the time that we are out camping.
