Today we're going to be taking a look at the Camco RV Sewer Hose Twist-it Clamps in a 2-pack, part number CAM39553. These uniquely designed hose clamps require no tools for tightening them down. They have a unique yellow tab here, which is UV resistant, which is going to provide a long-lasting use. They accommodate the standard 3-inch diameter sewer hoses, and they allow you to securely attach a hose to a fitting. We have here the Rhino Extreme Sewer Hose. What we'll do is, we'll simply place on a twist-it clamp over the hose, then slide our fitting onto the hose, just want to make sure that your hose is around the fitting nicely. We'll take the clamp, bring it up around the front part of the hose, and turn the yellow thumb tab. Now you don't want to tighten it too tight.
You'll just tighten it tight enough just to get a nice, strong hold here. That strong hold is going to help to prevent leaks. Now the kit does come with a 2-pack. For example, using this Camco Y fitting, if you have 2 waste tanks in your RV, you can use one clamp for each hose. The clamps are rust resistant and have a UV stabilized resin thumb grip.
