Works well. Easy to install. I did trim the panel, but I did not reinstall it yet because I need to purchase some more plastic push fasteners. My one complaint with the hitch is that it sits low, a bit lower than the muffler. On the etrailer YouTube channel they show an xd with a slightly different hitch on it. They mention that both that hitch and the curt are basically the same, but the other hitch seems to sit much higher. Haven't had any problems scraping the ground so far.

Seems very well built however there was some damage when this hitch arrived. One end plate was bent inward as if it had been dropped on its end (looking at you, UPS). I was able to clamp it in my bench vice and mostly straighten the bend. I'm sure tightening the bolts further straightened that end plate. Over all it seems good, although I have yet to tow anything.

- Can Underbody Panel Be Left In Place After Installation of Curt # C11491 on 2010 Scion xDWhen Curt did the test fittings, they saw that it would be fairly difficult to modify the panel so it would fit around the hitch. Therefore, they haven't tested how to trim the panel. The purpose of the underbody panel is to smooth and direct the airflow passing under the car while it's moving down the road, reducing some turbulence.
