2008 Ford F-350 Super Duty
Easy to assemble. All the holes line up pretty good. For the weight rating, I would have used larger bolts. On my Ford, the bolts that came off the factory hitch are larger. The only other thing is that the holes on the plate that holds the plug receptacle were placed on wrong side. I had to drill new holes; otherwise, the safety chains would hit the wires.

2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty
I’ve now completed my B&W set up.I’ve got the turn over ball for my gooseneck trailer. Now I just received my B&W hitch I also purchase the toll and stole. B&W makes a great product. All stand by B&W I do filmed hunts. They are not my sponsor. And that’s ok with me.now to get all locks for my tow n store. Love the completion of my B&W towing.

2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty
Everything showed up on time the box was pretty beat up but nothing came out of the package. Overall happy with the product so far and etrailer is great.

It arrived on time or a bit ahead of schedule. It mounted on my F250 w/o issue. It is clearly heavy duty hitch, but my one concern is the bolts that I removed from the 5K frame were 2-3 sizes larger than the bolts used on this kit. I don't expect bolts to fail, but it seemed odd.

The hitch on my truck was in need of replacing. My factory hitch came with 9/16 bolts used to attach hitch to frame. Holes in new hitch were not large enough so I had to open them up with a air grinder.
Instructions also want you to torque the 1/2 bolts after installation. They provide lock washers. When you install with lock washers be careful when you torque because you can spread the lock washer.

1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty
Took off old 5000 lb hitch to upgrade for a 10,000 lb new boat and trailer. Well built quality hitch and put it on my Banks F250-SD by myself by installing the side plates and used a floor jack and blocks to position the center section. Piece of cake to install. The hardest thing was to torque all the bolts to 80 foot pound while laying on my back. 80 years old is my excuse.

Awesome product! No complaints, is a little more hidden then oem trailer hitch. The B and W tucks up under the bumper a little more, cleans it up very well designed. Pulls great have pulled up to 10,000 no troubles or worries!

2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty
Exactly what I needed to upgrade my F250 to tow an 11,000 pound boat and trailer. Have towed over 3,000 miles using this setup and very pleased. Would buy again.

1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Closest hitch to stock but handles heavy tongue weight. Maintains high ground clearance, still room for spare tire. Put on 1999 F250 Superduty. Pulling 7000 pound trailer with 1500 pound tongue weight.

Thanks here in Hawaii merchants think the can charge 3 times the price for parts I like to keep it local but not always posibal we you run a business etrailer does a good job got the hitch in less then a week for half the local price.

Received my hitch this afternoon just as etrailer said it would. Removed old one from truck and installed new one today. Everything was complete in box. And no missing parts. Great! I'm headed out of state with new trailer and this will work perfect.

I think you should make the mounting holes bigger than half inch..reason is when I took my old one off it was mounted with 3/4 in bolts
