Durable polyester construction is weather resistant.The connector was of good quality and the replacement instructions were excellent. The only complaint was that the handle was not as advertised. I expected it to have the 3 finger holes but the connector that was delivered had a single grip handle.

The connector has been working great over the past year. No issues.
Very sturdy and easy to install. It's a bit bulky, but still fits in our power cord reel box. The finger piece is solid and easy to use. 1000 times better than the cheap one that came with our Alpine.
Had an incident with my cord and had to replace the male plug and ordered this. Quality product, very satisfied
I haven’t installed this yet, but it seems to be of excellent quality like everything I’ve purchased from etrailer. The only thing that stands out more if the outstanding customer service you receive when purchasing an item. Ive never had a business provide the level of service that etrailer provides.
The plug seems robust and had wire connections that are easier to use than other brands. Instructions were clear and were close to the actual wire lengths you had to prepare to make the connections. Took me about an hour to install the new plug. Flat tangs do not appear to be copper like my original plug was.

The plug is working fine after one year and better than the original. It is holding the cord very tight with no slippage.
Installed the 50 amp male plug when I received it. The housing is actually a little small for the size wire that is required for 50 amp. That being said it is very difficult to get the plug to close after finally getting the wire in place. I feel it this product is a little pricey for the quality of the plug.
This replacement RV plug was a great replacement for the plug that I had. It works perfectly and I really like the strain clamp. Instructions were thorough and installation was easy.

It is heavy duty, and I really like the finger holes that make it easy to unplug. I plan to use it on my portable generator.

It is heavy duty and does not let the cord slip out.
I've recently ordered several different items from Etrailer. I will be using them in the future. The part has worked well enough. I had an electrician wire this for me and he struggled for quite awhile to fit the wires into this thing. Why, he muttered repeatedly, do they have to make this thing so small?

Cut off old plug and in installed new one. Took my time and followed colors found inside new plug. Like the finger holds.
