I bought two pair of these stands so I can get the tires of my tandem axle 5th wheel off the ground or pads during storage. I found that these were so easy to use that I now carry them in my pickup bed when hauling. I think they are safer and more stable than using a jack in case of tire changing. When I'm at a park that has level pads I will use these instead of wheel chocks. They don't work well on gravel or loose soil as they tend to slip and push. Not cheap but effective. I'm happy with them.1765796

First, the increased stability in the trailer over just the 4 jacks and the tires on the ground is amazing!
Second, getting these in place is not as easy as the directions or the videos suggest. Every time I would back up on to the legs at least one would not be on the ground correctly, either not back far enough or back to far because at least one would slide on the ground. I tried at least 6 times and always at least one would not be right. I finally used a bottle jack to lift the axles enough to set the legs that were not sitting right into the correct position.
Third, Once I got all four legs set correctly I leveled the trailer. The problem here was that to get the trailer level it actually moved up and off the legs. To fix this, I used the left side jacks to get the trailer up enough to slide boards under the legs and ran the auto leveling again. This time the left side was on the jacks but the right side was still off of them. I did not have anything to build up the right side (yet) so I am a full bubble low to the right so I have weight on the legs and not supporting trailer weight on the jacks. This most likely would not be a problem if you are just using the legs for trailer storage.
Overall a great product for saving your tires and stability while using your trailer. Just be aware set up could be more involved and some trial and error to get everything set correctly.991314

Trailer legs work as advertised. I have heard that they don't work very well on grass. I have had no problems using them on grass. I am very happy with purchase. They are super sturdy and durable. It takes a little practice to use them, but it gets easier the more time you use them.1493211

Love these things so much, bought a set for my son-in-law’s 40’ Montana 5th wheel. We’ve both found it extremely time saving when rotating/changing tires, doing brake & wheel bearings or anything under the units. It’s wonderful to know we don’t have to worry about tire rot or unnecessary bearing pressure while in winter storage here in Washington! We found it much easier to pull the trailers “evenly” up on these things to use low range 4 wheel drive, if you have it. I always keep one in the truck in case of a flat. Worth every penny! I have used these successfully on my dual axle travel trailer to replace all four tires at once, and adjust the electric brakes (which requires spinning each wheel freely to find a setting that provides slight resistance). Easy to setup and store. Best to have a spotter to help you know when you've pulled the trailer up on the stands and not go past the lift points.1315919

Purchased the trailer legs to store my 5th wheel Toy Hauler with the tires off the ground. Due to dual axles, I had to purchase 2 sets. Very expensive. They raise the tires on the ground about 1.5 inches. They work best on level ground. My RV pad has a slight 2 deg slope for rain runoff so my RV leans to one side. Sometimes I have to adjust the leg angle to the axle so that all 4 legs sit evenly on the ground when I pull forward. I tried to build up the low side of the pad with wood under the trailer legs so the RV would be stored level side to side. It did not work so great. I had to pull the RV wheels up on a 2"x8"x6' board and then build a custom height 1"x8"x5' board to put under the legs. I had to add non slip traction to the board for the legs so they would not slip. All is good now. Nice and level. 580694

Works great on concrete, not so great on gravel or hard packed dirt. In order to have it up on the jacks where I park it for the winter, I have to put some boards on the ground and it takes 3-4 tries to get the jacks to lift rather than slide. Once it's up, it's great. It makes bearing & brake maintenance a breeze and increases tire life.1036001

These are the BEST investment I have ever made for my truck and cargo trailer. We had an insane snow and ice storm in Oregon this last year these were rock stars' and held our trailer through some intense weather. In-conclusive. The ground was too soft. The legs on one side dragged. The other side did go up. After we unhooked it dropped down but still it relieved some pressure on the tires. Lesson learned do this on stable ground/concrete/asphalt. The trailer is also 9,000 lbs so that did have some effect. I tried with the trailer assist and without, same result.1226318

Just received Trailerlegs, so haven't used them yet, but have looked over them & they look very sturdy. Should be great for lifting wheels off the ground. It’s made of heavy duty plastics with the rubber boots, when using it to store your 5th wheel use a 2x4 to roll your wheel up on to help with the lifting of the trailer, I have a 5th wheel 41’ keystone Montana, I don’t feel it moving around or shaking when I walk around in the RV 797064

I think the trailer legs are good but 3 inches to big for my trailer. I use some wood to raise the trailer to get the legs to position correctly on the axels. 670622

Overall a great investment. Allows us to keep our tires off the ground and protected during the winter months when we aren't actively using the rig.
The biggest problem we've had is that we park on dirt/grass and this just digs in and drags. We put down 3/4 plywood to prevent that from happening. 763760
