Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the replacement straps for the CIPA Clip-On Towing Mirrors. These replacement straps are designed for the CIPA Clip-On Universal Towing Mirror, part number 7070. To see what that looks like you can view that at etrailer.com, I can also show you right here, this is the 7070 towing mirror that these work as replacement for.It includes two rubber straps and clips. Now the straps and clips allow for a secure fit and a vibration-free ride. The textured straps are easy to adjust and prevent loosening over time. They measure 12-1/4" long by 3/4" wide.
When you're ready to make the replacement, it's really simple to do so, what we'll need to do we'll need to make sure that the clip is completely off of the strap, and then we will take the strap through this point here just like that and then we can place the clip back onto the unit. Just feed it through and now we're able to adjust it, we got the clip that would attach around the mirror on the bottom portion of the unit and then we can pull it tight to fit around our factor mirror.You'd repeat that process for the other strap as well if you need to replace both of them.That's going to do it for today's look at the replacement strap for the CIPA Clip-On Towing Mirrors.

Replaces the straps for your CIPA clip-on towing mirrors (7070, 11950, or 11953).Product was fine but was not long enough to strap mirrors on my gladiator. Called an hour after receiving for longer straps. No luck. Ok but person seemed indifferent to me. I will look elsewhere for solution and in future for other items
I was pleased that I can order these replacement straps, because I suspect they can come off a lot. Now I will have at least one spare. Also, I appreciate that I was able to actually talk with a knowledgeable individual on the phone, who guided me to the correct item I needed. Thanks again for making a seamless purchase experience.
We have been using the mirror extenders for over two years. I have tested the mirror and straps in all kinds of crazy weather. The mirror extender works great! After two and half years I chose to replace the straps. The cost is reasonable and it's a good idea to have a spare strap. Great performance, great service, reasonable prices and quick response.
When I lost of the straps for my CIPA mirrors, I thought I would have to buy another mirror. I was pleasantly surprised to find that replacement straps were available.

When I ordered these I was not pay attention and only ordered 1 set. I needed both sets of mirrors (driver and passenger sides) replaced. After 20 years they're cracking and one already has ripped. I'm going to wait to order another set since the price for just 1 set ordered and shipped was $18. Almost as much as the mirror itself.
Oginal equipment. Works great. Glad I didn't have to buy a new set.

The parts were for replacement & extension. Once glued together the mirror now has a little slack to secure the mirror.
Needed a replacement clip for my towing mirrors. ETrailer had what I needed and was very prompt in shipping it to me.
Received item #11952STRAP (2 pairs) Tow mirror REPLACEMENT STRAPS. They are an exact match.Good quality,"live rubber" and hold the mirrors tightly in place. Time will tell, however, regarding their longevity against the elements of UV rays, heat from the sun and temperature changes. With proper care and conditioning, I am hopeful they will provide long-term service as these tow mirrors (and straps) are not a permanent fixture of the tow vehicle. ETrailer representative was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional in every way! It's a wonderful experience to deal with someone with courteous customer service skills!!!! I WILL be a repeat customer.
The straps for the mirrors did not hold well. The buckle did not hold the straps, I had to use paper clips to stop them from sliding out of buckle, I was not happy on a long trip, I had to tighten often.

This time I had to pop rivet the straps so the mirrors dont fall off. The problem was the buckel broke and the tab broke. Now I fixed the problem I still can use them.
These are replacement straps for the Reese Towing Mirrors. Due to the nature of the materials they weather and crack after a period of time so I am happy there are replacements available. These work well and were shipped promptly so I am very satisfied with the product and purchasing process.
Appear fine but I will not know until I need them, which I hope is quite a ways in the future.

Exacy replacement straps for my trailer towing mirrors. Couldn't find them anywhere, but etrailer had them!!
I have 2 dual mirror strap-on tow mirrors by Reese. These are direct replacement for the cracked straps and are the exact dimensions as the originals. Work great.
I ordered 2 sets of straps and the package came damaged; which had one strap missing. I contacted etrailer and they immediately sent me another set at no cost to me !!!! Outstanding customer service!!! I would recommend them to anyone :)

It was great service with fast delivery. Couldn't find the replacement straps at any stores thanks for carrying them and not having to replace entire mirror. Haven't has a chance to put them on but can't see any issues there.
FASTEST service ever. I ordered this Friday evening, and received it Monday afternoon. It might have even been delivered earlier, but I didn't notice it until Monday afternoon.
The replacement strap is thinner than the original, but it fits well and works well. Hopefully it will last as long, or longer than the originals.
The product is good. Fit works on Nissan Frontier (2019)is good also. My only problem is the mirror size itself isn't big enough. return was easy and will be looking for large one for next years trips.

What brand of towing mirrors do you have? These straps with the CIPA brand of towing mirrors. I do have another set of mirrors that are a Snap on set that does not require straps. It is part # KS39NQ.
