This semi-custom SportRack roof rack easily installs on your vehicle's bare roof so you can carry extra cargo to your next destination. Adjustable, rotating footpads combine with an easy-to-use numbering system to make the rack conform to your roof for a good fit.
A unique numbering system is inscribed on the crossbars to aid in installation. This system corresponds to numbers noted in the easy-to-read application guide. First, find the number indicated for your car, and then slide the roof-rack feet along the crossbars until they line up with the appropriate number for your application. Tighten the feet in place with the included Allen wrench.
Refer to the application guide to find specific measurements that allow you to properly position the rack on your roof. To begin installing the roof rack on your vehicle, open the passenger's- and driver's-side doors. Place the front crossbar first, and make sure that the screws that hold the clamps in the roof-rack feet are loose before positioning the feet on your roof.
Before attaching the clamps to the door jambs and tightening them down, you need to make sure that the feet and pads are oriented correctly. The bottom of each foot can be rotated to better fit the slope of your roof. Make sure that the feet are sitting flush against the roof.
Once the feet are properly positioned, attach the clamps to the door jambs and tighten via the screws in the feet. After the front crossbar is positioned, review the instructions for the measurements needed to place the rear crossbar and repeat the same process for that crossbar.
Once everything is tightened down, place the locking covers over the feet to deter theft of the rack.

My car has only 2-doors, so I was skeptical how it was going to hold. I was also concerned about my antenna location. With the adapter, it really looks good on the car, and really solid as well. It does leak a little when it rains out, but a little rain isn't going to stop me from having fun, and I expected it to leak a little from the mounts in between the door panel. I can't wait to add the kayak carriers onto it. I haven't ordered those parts yet, but will soon. here are a few pics to look at. I recommend it.

What number is the front and rear set to. I have my front 20 and rear 19 like the book says and one side goes off the car.
This is more a review on the customer service experience. Racks were delivered on time but damaged. I emailed them and received a response almost immediatly. Sent pictures, they replied and shipped me new racks no questions asked. They also sent me a pre paid shipping label. By far the greatest customer service experience I've had. Racks were very easy and simple to install. Unfortunately I had to remove rain guards but they were broken anyway. What a great co to deal with. Will do business with them again and recommend them to anyone.
I just got the rack and looked at the fit guide. For an Impreza or Saab 92-X they want the bars spaced well under 2 ft apart. That gives me little confidence and flexibility to use the rack for equipment on the roof. Keep that in mind for what you plan to use the rack for
Sorry it took so long to respond, the box was staring at me for this weekends put together. Well things fit so, so. The extensions bars are to long to fit the rack on top of my car, totally unneeded hardware and I would like to return it for a refund.
The feet of the rack are not flush with the roof line so I'll need to bend them to fit as flush as I can get them. I do notice a second hole on the feet but cannot use it because of a fixed rivet instead of something interchangeable to make a more fitting angle for the foot to my roof, still some bending needed.
The cross bars look like they have been returned before as there are burrs where clamps were tightened down way too hard previously. All in all, I can make it fit if it doesn't void any warranty but would rather return everything if it does.
I bought the roof rack for my Toyota Solara to transport a 50 lb kayak to and from the water. I've used the rack perhaps 50 days so far. It performed as you would hope: no failures. What surprised me was how well it performs on the interstate. I wouldn't recommend taking it over 80 mph, but anything up to that point is incredibly stable.
Some cons: the rack is at its most outreached point, so that the caps are all that's holding it in place. My quick, cheap and effective fix was to use those flat rubber bungees from one cap to another. Another lightly irritating part is that the metal rubs up against the top of the window while driving, creating a chirping squeaking noise. Roll the window down to just below this point and you should be able to avoid a lot of road noise as well as the rubbing noise. The initial setup was lengthy, maybe an hour. Since getting it set up right though, taking it off is 5 minutes and putting it on is 10 minutes.
Overall review: you get what you pay for. Not the greatest removable roof rack out there, but for the price, you get a pretty good deal.
The customer service has been great. Excellent communication about when the product shipped and accurate and easy to see package tracking as well. The roof rack is working out good. I have already taken out my kayaks and they are very solid. Although the pads that are to protect the paint could be a little better, on a late model 'beater' like mine it's not a big deal. Plus it is far less expensive than the big name brands. Overall great services and a great product.
I Installed this rack on my son's 2004 Subaru legacy 4 door sedan for carrying 2 kayaks. It was very easy to install and is very solid . I had 2 sets of Thule kayak carriers that fit perfectly on these cross bars. Great product .
Have owned these racks for a few years. Put them on the car roof every summer, and attach a Thule cargo box on top.
Have used the same racks on two different cars. They adjust very easily to the different cars.
Easy to install and remove, strong/sturdy. No problems, good value.
Good fit for my old Toyota Corolla with naked roof. Instructions includes specific installation details for each model of vehicle this rack fits. Install was smooth and easy… even included an Allen wrench. The only tools I needed were a tape measure and a marker.
The rack is fine but when it came you could tell someone had returned it as the box was jacked up then when my husband started to put it on, he could see the rack had also been used and was all dented. We didn't have a choice but to use it as we were leaving the next day. I called and left a voicemail due to the high call volume and never got a callback, at least not that day as we left next morning.
I'm sure the product is a good one however the details about what cars it will fit on are sketchy at best. I searched for racks specific to a certain vehicle and this is the second one I will have to return because it does not work on my vehicle.
This was required for my roof rack to fit on my 1995 Honda Civic coupe. works great!
Was the perfect size, only took about two hours to install including putting together. The shipping was fast which I loved. bought it Friday and was here Monday night. I would buy more products from here again. LOVE the new roof rack!!
Use the roof rack to transport a fishing rod tube. A great purchase. Installation instructions easy and concise. I will be using the racks for some time to come.
Although I haven’t attached the box to them, they feel sturdy, haven’t marred up the paint and look good on the old Subaru. Price is great as well.
Super easy install and sturdy build. 10/10. Would roof rack again.
My 2008 Subaru Legacy has no door frame around the window glass, so I was very apprehensive about a system that would not interfere with the window glass causing scratches or worse. This fit very well, and the doors close with no problem! very pleased for the option of extra storage!
This basket rack is great! I absolutely love it! It is solid and put together fast! Metal fairing and took to minutes to put on the car by myself
Didn’t fit my vehicle

As I said in your other review it is a semi custom part so it wont be a perfect fit.
product exactly as described...great se rvice
Love it, could use a lil better adjustments though.
Nice basic rack at an affordable price. Goes on easily and seems rock solid.
Works great for what I need it too! I use it on the hartdop of my '91 miata so it doesn't see a lot of load or anything. Fits great though!
Love the product just don't like the issue of it coming loose after a while
