We currently do not carry any bike racks that are specifically for the front bumper of an RV. There are a couple reasons for this; bikes mounted on the front of the vehicle can block your line of site, headlights and turn signals and the airflow to your engine. The Thule DoubleTrack Pro XT Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount Item # TH92BJ has approximately 6" of clearance between the hitch pin hole and inner bike. If your tire sticks out past that then this rack will not work for your vehicle. You could add a hitch extender but that would reduce the weight capacity of the bike rack by 50%. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1129-111 is a fit for a 1996 Dodge Roadtrek with or without water tanks to the best of my knowledge. That said, these water tanks may have to be removed for installation but only temporarily to get the anti-sway bar in place so this is still an option for you.

Roadmaster lists the # RM-1129-111 anti-sway bar as a fit for a 2000 Dodge B350 van or van cutaway chassis. They couldn't tell me if your generator would interfere, but you should be able to check out the installation instructions to determine if the generator would prevent installation. There is not a custom fit trailer hitch for the front of your 1985 Dodge B350 Van. There is also not a hitch that can be mounted to a vehicle bumper safely as they are not rated for load weight.
The RV bumpers are sometimes rated for weight so there are the receivers you mentioned, but they are restricted with the tongue weight and are definitely not a fit for your van. When used on the application intended they work well and have warranties for any issues.

I have attached a photo that shows where and what holes the Class III Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75140 uses to install on your 2000 Dodge Van. If the back-up tank that you mentioned uses these holes then we would not have a custom fit hitch for you unless you removed the tank and relocated it to another part of the vehicle.

You can absolutely extend the 22-1/2x49 Aluminum Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # C18100- all you need is a 14" hitch extender and you'd be set.
For that I recommend the Curt Hitch Extender for 2" Trailer Hitches - 14" Long # C45795.

I called my contact at Carr and asked about your 2000 Dodge Ram Van 1500.
They told me that they do not have specific steps designed for your van but part # CARR103991 may work for you. These are black powder-coated aluminum. The steps platform measures 7 inches long X 3-1/2 inches wide.

To replace your factor sway bar on your 2000 Dodge Van 3500 Roadtrek with the part # RM-1129-111 that you referenced would not require any more room than what your current sway bar is taking up. From what I was able to find, the RoadTrek has a what looks like a factory Dodge radio that does not conform to any standard single or double DIN sizing, so whatever you would use you would likely need to fabricate or purchase some sort of mounting bracket.

Curt trailer hitch # 13590 is designed to fit 1997 to 2003 full size Dodge vans with the factory step bumper. Your 1-ton van is a full size model so as long as it has the factory step bumper the hitch will fit.

The RAS Kit # RAS4611-DV can work in conjunction with the Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-107.
They have similar purposes but I think you'll gain a little bit from the RAS kit over the anti-sway bar. The RAS will strengthen the leaf springs and help with overall suspension. This will in turn help with sway like the anti-sway bar will. In addition, the RAS will reduce body roll while cornering which is often a major concern with a heavily loaded van.

The multi-plug connector # 20135 does have the mating rectangular connector that will plug into the one on your 2003 Dodge Van. This connector is meant as a replacement. If your van did not come with a factory installed 7-Way, then it is possible that only the light functions will be active.
