Rear sway bar, how much room do I behind axle for installation of swaybar..2000 dodge van 3500 roadtrek

To replace your factor sway bar on your 2000 Dodge Van 3500 Roadtrek with the part # RM-1129-111 that you referenced would not require any more room than what your current sway bar is taking up. The bar will be slightly thicker but the clearances behind your rear axle are not tight enough to cause that to be an issue.
