We currently do not carry any bike racks that are specifically for the front bumper of an RV. There are a couple reasons for this; bikes mounted on the front of the vehicle can block your line of site, headlights and turn signals and the airflow to your engine. If your RV has a continuously welded steel bumper that is between 4"-4-1/2" wide you could make the Swagman Around the Spare 2 Bike Rack # S80501 work, but again, I'm not sure it would be the safest option for you unless you mounted it on your rear bumper. If the spare tire is the concern-this is the perfect rack; if you're worried about being able to access the rear cargo doors, there are better solutions.
If you already have a trailer hitch on your RV, that would be the best mounting position for your bikes. With that application I recommend you use a hanging rack like the Swagman Titan # S63400 which has a tilt away feature that would allow you to access the rear cargo area with or without the bikes loaded onto the rack.
If you don't already have a hitch, the Curt # C13041 is a Class III trailer hitch that will easily carry the weight of your bikes and also allow you to tow any trailer you may need in the future. This hitch offers and easy, no drill installation for convenience and is going to provide you with the safest way to transport your bikes on your camping trips.
