Trailer hitch # C11220 is a Class I designed for light duty applications. Probably the worst thing that can be done to it would be to exceed the tongue weight capacity. You have to consider that when driving the load can bounce up and down. When it comes down, like after hitting a bump, that tongue weight is going to spike. the higher the initial weight the higher that spike will be.

Since we have not installed the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT75MR on a vehicle in our shop the only measurement that I can give you is the height of the receiver from the frame. The receiver is 7" tall from the frame mounts to the bottom of the receiver tube. You will need to measure from your frame rail down to determine where this is on your 2021 Hyundai Elantra.
