The measurement from the bottom of the foot to the center of the mount when retracted on the Pro Series Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Jack # PS1401040303 is the same as the retracted height which is 14-1/2". The extended height is 29-1/2". The distance from the center of the mounting bracket to the top of the jack, excluding the handle, is 10". This jack has 15" of travel with a 2,000 lb lift capacity.
I have attached a review video for your reference.
