Yes, it will. The Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # C97FR will mount directly to the pucks inside your 2024 Silverado's bed. As far as your 1621 pin box goes that's just the bolt pattern so I can't say for certain. If your pin box rotates then it will not work with the Q25. Other than that you will be good.
The Curt Q25 item # C97FR has a 25,000 lbs maximum towing capacity and a vertical load limit of 6,250 lbs. view full answer...

Standard interior panel thicknesses will work great with the Mounting Panel for Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller Control Knob # 331-TPSI-003. The panel you are planning to install this on I am sure is totally fine since it was designed for holding the integrated controller of the 2015 Chevy Silverado. We had a customer come back and send us a picture of this used on a similar 2014 GMC Sierra and they said it fit and worked well. I attached a photo. Redarc does not have a minimum... view full answer...

The main issue using a weight distribution hitch rated for a higher capacity than needed like the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution # FA92-00-1200 is that it can cause a stiff ride. It does not increase towing capacity because that is always limited by your lowest rated component.
Generally you want to use tongue weight to drive the selection of a weight distribution system. Tongue weight is the weight that the fully loaded trailer exerts downward on the hitch ball of the tow vehicle.... view full answer...

A hitch will always have an ID sticker on it listing its capacities for standard towing and towing when used with weight distribution, even an OEM hitch should have this information on it somewhere, perhaps on the back of the hitch crossbar.

It sounds like perhaps your weight distribution system is not rated for your actual trailer tongue weight (TW). Keep in mind that in addition to the trailer's actual measured TW you need to account for the weight of any cargo in the truck that sits behind the rear axle, such as a tool box, loaded cooler or generator. This behind-the-axle cargo weight will act just like trailer TW and so it needs to be factored in to your TW measurement. That total TW needs to match your system's capacity.... view full answer...
