The standard 2021 Chevy Blazer 3.6L V6 is rated for 1,500 lbs towing. The only way you can have the higher 4,500 lbs towing capacity is if you have the FWD with VR2 or the AWD with V92 option. If you aren't sure on that then your best bet is to reach out to your local Chevy dealer with your VIN to see exactly what you have on your vehicle.

We do not recommend towing beyond your towing system capacity even if just 200 pounds. Weight distribution systems are used to distribute the load you are towing between all the axles and therefore you can tow more. However, your vehicle (and hitch) need to be rated for this. I called my contact at Westin and he gave me the dimensions for you. The shorter leg on the Westin Signature Series Round Nerf Bars # 25-0900 is 8-1/2 inches from where it attaches to the vehicle mounting bracket to the outside of the bar. The longer leg is 10-1/4 inches from where it attaches to the vehicle mounting bracket to the outside of the bar. The coupler height of most trailers would fall somewhere in the 16 - 20 inch range. Measure from the top of your receiver down to the ground, and choose a ballmount that would place the trailer ball right in the center of that range, and you will be set for most trailers. An adjustable ball mount like part # C45900 might be a good option. It has a maximum rise of 5 inches and a maximum drop of 6 inches, so you can adjust the height exactly as needed.

I just verified with Roadmaster that you will need to use a charge line kit when flat towing your 2019 Chevy Blazer. To do this you will want the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles item # RM-156-25. Once you install this kit you won't have a dead battery again. Don't listen to the GM dealer.
